I started playing piano when I was 5 and annoyed my teachers by being more interested in banging out the music I heard in my head than practicing what they wanted.
I also didn't get along all that well with some of the teachers in school 'cause I wanted to learn so many instruments.
I'm Keith one of the guitarists in Nightweed, Rick being the other. I also do vocals and play the bass, keyboards, drums, and sax (and the flute but not on this CD). I was born on a farm in the middle of nowhere in Upstate New York. I grew up climbing trees and digging potatoes.
Finally I got away from them and played all over the U.S. and Japan.
Sometimes I would put together a band, sometimes I would join one, and sometimes I would just do solo projects. But I didn't find anything that felt right until Nightweed was born.
I knew instantly that this was, in my opinion, the ultimate rock band and I'm always excited to see where we go next!
I recently started film school at Scottsdale Comunity College. Here's my film page and also one for Photoshop (and my digital art gallery), one of my favorite classes. And my actor's page.... This page is getting to be a messl.... *sigh* Gotta fix it later.
